i—Terms and conditions

All listed products are unique pieces or very limited series, restored by hand. Images and descriptions aim to represent reality as faithfully as possible, although small differences in tone or texture may occur.

ii—Delivery

We deliver in Romania and internationally on request. Transport costs are communicated before final order confirmation, depending on weight, volume, and address.

iii—Returns

Because these are unique and sometimes fragile pieces, returns are reviewed case by case. If a product arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photographs of the packaging and the piece.

iv—Data privacy

Your contact data is used exclusively for communication related to orders, delivery, and invoicing. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

v—Experts & collaborators

When we involve independent experts for evaluation or expertise, this is mentioned in the piece certificate. Their name, signature, or stamp appears where relevant.
